Severe Pain In The Knee And Ankles, Mouth Ulcers, Sleep Apnea And Fatigue. Overweight. Any Suggestions?

Hi Dr. Matthew.... i am overweight ...weighing in at 91 kgs and standing 172 cm tall. i want to exercise and lose weight but due to severe pain in my knee and ankle joints i am not able to make a start. i keep on having very frequent mouth ulcers also which keep me frustrated through the day. i am also suffering from Obstructive sleep apnea and feel tiredness all through the day. could you please suggest me what i can do to recover from this situation?

The pain in the weight bearing joints that you are having is likely to be related to you being overweight. You need to shed a few extra kilos and then start with regular exercises for relief.
