Severe Headache. Cause And Cure?

was riding quads with friends today. Took a bad fall with helmet on. Had an immediate terrible headache all over that slowly dissipated. It changed from all over my head and intollerable to just the left side of my head where it was hit...........Now when I laid down to go to bed the headache has returned and seems to be getting worse all over

You need evaluation by a local physician mainly to rule out any bleed inside your brain. If CT scan is normal, you will benefit with a short course of analgesics like ibuprofen, tramadol etc.
