hi Dear and welcome to HCM.....
dear your semen analyses report is absolutly normal...
Normal volume is from 1.5 to 5 ml....
normal count is more than 20, millions per ml(you have 115 millions).
Normal sperm motility is more than 60%(you also have more than 60%),
Normal morphology is again more than 60%(and you also have more than 60%)..
