Semen Analysis Done. Treatment To Improve Motility Rate?

Hello Doctor,

Recently i had my semen analysed and found that the Motility rate is low
Active 10 %
Sluggish 15 %
Non motile 75 %
I came to know through the reports that the motility rate has to be above 50 % with Active above 25 %..
Can you please advice me on some steps to improve this . Also would like to let you know that recently found that im very low in vitamin D ..

Vitamin and antioxidant help to increase the motility.some dietry supplement design specially to boost the motility.such as FERTI.AID..Vitamin B12.Methylcobalamine..and others..
Banana
Asparagus.
Beef.
Dark chocolate.
Ginger.
