Semen Analysis Done. Can I Become A Father Without Undergoing IV And Vitro?

Hello Dr.
I am 39 turning 40 in less than 4 months. I just got my basic semen analysis today and here are the results:
Viscosity: low
Volume (ml): 3.0
Sperm concentration (M/ml): 0.6
Sperm count (M): 1.8

Motility
Progressive(%) 49
Non-progressive (5): 10
Immotile (%) 41
Progrssive rating (0-4): 3
Total motile count (M): 0.9

Please help, i never thought i will be checking about this. What a day, please help if any chance of having my young without going through IV and Vitro.

Hi,

The information you provided is not compete. There should be some other aspects of the test including Morphology, Leukocytes etc.

Nonetheless, based on the information you provided your problem is most likely correctable with medications. Also, please keep in mind that having a baby does not only depend on male factor: female factor must also be taken into consideration.
