Roof of mouth and gums sore, not red or bleeding, ears plugged

My gums and the roof of my mouth are sore, but they re not red or bleeding . My ears are also kind of plugged. Sometimes they pop when I blow my nose (feels like I have water in them). I m also very tired. With that, I ve had a few canker sores that have come and gone. Yesterday, I thought I was getting better (no soreness in my mouth and no popping of my ears), but today it started again.
