sir, I am 42 years old unmarried lady. can i use propysalic nf ointment Because i am suffering from.inner part of feet feeling redness, so i can not tomuch. , before that iwas fit to continuiosly walk. MY HEAD HAIR ARE FALLING From roots , hair are ruff firizzy, i use lo real hair colour on my hair. can i use AMEXIOIL, Alpecin caffeine shampoo. { how many times} sx-4 alu alu pack capsules.{ how many time in a day after meal or before meal}

Continue Alpecin caffeine shampoo 2-3 times a week.
Take SX4 capsules once a day after major meal.
Apply amexidil lotion 1ml twice a day.
