Red Spots On Chest And Neck. Have Cough. Need For Concern?

My child (2yrs 9mths) have developed some small red spots on her front - about 4 on her chest / belly and one on her neck . Some of them are very small, and the largest one is about the size of a teenager pimple . Not sure if they hurt, but she scratched the largest one, and it burst, though no puzz came out. She is under the weather, with a mild chesty cough. Her appetite appears to be unaffected. Should we be of concern?

hi,
there are very few eruptions.
there is no discharge.
they are not so itchy i think.
may be non specific one.
no need to worry.
clean it regularly with plain water.
dont apply anything.
wait for 10 days and watch.
if there any increase in itching/more eruption/dischage/non healing consult a doctor.
good luck
