Red Bumps That Turned To Sores, Itching, Under Stress. Drunk Wine. Is This Lupus?

I have red bumps that turned into sore like bumps but don't hurt but have started to itch as they heal which has taken weeks. I have been under a lot of stress and have a tendency to get hives but have never had skin problems. Always have had beautiful skin. Have been drinking right d wine thought that may have triggered it. Realize it's inward. Scared I hqve lupus or somethimg.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic
Red bumps over the face which is triggered by wine and stress could be Rosacea or Acne. Without an opportunity to closely examine the lesion, I would not be able to accurately specify the condition. You might need to consider a consultation with dermatologist for assessment and work up.
It is unlikely to be lupus.
Hope this helped
Take care
