Recommend Medical Treatment For Depression
I am battling with depression since the sudden loss of my teenage son. I have always had a problem with depression and used to respond to 20 mg of genetic Prozac with relief. It doesn t seem to be helping as much now. And, I don t like the side effects.

You could try another antidepressant with less side effects like citalopram. However with such a serious loss you probably need to be in counseling as well. Work closely with your doctor to find another antidepressant that can help you. Exercise, even walking daily can help with symptoms of depression as well. I hope you get some relief soon
