Recommend A Solution For Deficiency In Sleep And Fatigue
am only able to sleep only a few hours in a night(about 3 hours) for the last few hours. I have flxible work so am able to catch up sometimes during the day when i manage to fall asleep easilly. But when i wake up i just feel so tired and fatigued. What is hapenning to me. This just began a few days ago.
Please do not worry about your sleep pattern just because the worry itself is capable to ruin your present sleep pattern. A healthy young man need 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily.
If you are sleeping day time, you can count that too. To overcome your present problem, do not call this insomnia yet, try to manage your stress (if any), go for 60 minutes physical exercise daily, do not use mobile phone or laptop within one hour of your laying down time etc.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr K. V. Anand, Psychologist
