Reason For Watery Discharge And Bloated Stomach After Fitting Copper Coil

Morning been getting a white watery discard and I ve got a copper coil fitted no smell by its always in the morning when I wake up feels like I ve pissed myself today my belly is bloated and now worried the coil has moved only had the coil fitted about 6 weeks ago please help

These are the side effect of the IUCD, I suggest you take it off and go for hormonal treatment or mirena loop.
