I have sinus drainage at night. I was sniffing warm water in my nostrils and tilted my head back and there was a sharp pain in the back of my head. It is still hurting but not real bad. Why did I get such sharp pain? I titled my head back before blowing my nose to clear the water.
It seems that you have a headache or a migraine because of the sinus infection. A sinus infection causes acts as the trigger factor in this case and causes the migraine. Treating the sinus infection will help to treat the migraine: Drink lots of water Inhale steam mixed with eucalyptus oil Take one tablet Cetirizine 10 mg at night Take Paracetamol 500 2 times a day to help you with the headache
All the best. Follow up after 4 days. Hope this helps you
