Reason For Red Spots In Leg, Headache, Giddiness And Chest Pain?

hi doctor..my esr is 38 and hb is 10.5...monocytes 0 lymphocytes 19 and neutropjhils 76....my age is 23.... i have a problem of getting dark red spots on particular part f my leg which fades away after 3-4 weeks....also i have problem of regular headache...giddiness...chest pain.....whatmight be the reason???

Hello,

I suggest you investigate further with serum ferritin and TIBC estimation to confirm iron deficiency anemia. Than ferrous ascorbate tablet can be prescribed for that.

However, you have mentioned complain of chest pain as well. It could not be due to anemia. So I suggest you investigate further with EKG and chest x-ray for chest pain.
