Reason For Having Tingling In Arms And Face Along With Tension At Back Of Head
Hello. A couple of hours ago I began to notice some tingling in my arms and hands which has not subsided. Shortly after my face began to tingle and I feel tension in the back of my head at the base of my skull. I have also had two occasions where I have felt like I was going to black out. I just feel off. I am a Police Officer and I am currently working and trying to finish out my shift. I need to know if this is something I need to address immediately or if I can wait and see. I was hit by a drunk a couple of years ago and occasionaly have issues with pinched nerves in my neck. Just not sure if this is associated to that.
Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe it appears to be the syncope, the causes may be the hypertension, gastric hyper acidity, hyper, or hypoglycemia, or may be the cervical spondylosis. Being a police officer, and as you are still in service, you should be very cautious about such health problems. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a C.T.scan for confirmation. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
