Reason For Delayed Periods Apart From Pregnancy?
Dear Doctor,
Normally I get my period at the right time. That means most of the 28th day. But this time it passed 5 days after the 28th day (my period day) and I still didn't get period. So I did the pregnency test using a pregnancy testing stripe (HCG homone). But it resulted that I am not pregnent. Can you give me some reason for these. I feel Iam going to have period but stil i didnt get. It passed 5 days. This is the first time it take more than 28 days.

Its quite common to sometimes have delay in periods , its likely to be alteration in hormonal milleu and stress factors.
If you did not have unprotected sex then pregnancy is unlikely.
Withdrawal bleeding can be induced after waiting for couple of days.
