Problems With Bowel Movement After Bladder Surgery. Colonoscopy Shows Mesh In Colon, Suggested Nothing Can Be Done. Recommendations?

Hi ,I have surgery done to lift my Bladder back last August. I started having trouble with my bowels a few months later I had to have a colonoscophy done a few months ago they found mesh in my colon and I had to have surgery to remove it now I am keeping Bladder infections but the doctor that done the surgery say's there is nothing he can do he wants to give me some type injections I don't know what to do and I am worried

there is post surgical complication
as there may be fibrosis of area manipulated by surgery
due to this there are frequent infections
your docyor knows better about your consdition
better be follow your doctor it is okay what he says
