Pediatrician, Neonatology 's  Response
Hello,

Low hemoglobin, low total leukocyte count (TLC), low platelets with blastoma in the marrow, my first diagnosis is leukemia. Other possible causes are aplastic marrow due to a viral infection like Epstein–Barr virus (EBV), hepatitis b,c, bone marrow tumor, vitamin B12 deficiency.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sachin Kumar Agarwal
