Urologist 's  Response
hi anurag,
With the information you have provided I think you have undergone urethroplasty. First thing is I want to reassure you that you will be alright within a week. there are 3 possibilities
1. sutured area under your penile area might be causing pain
2. you are apprehensive about hurting your sutured area by walking straight
3. If spinal anesthesia has been given during surgery and it is causing back ache.
All these problems are self limiting and you can assured that you will be fine within a week. If there is too much pain you can take analgesics after consulting your doctor for symptomatic relief.

wishing you good luck for your higher studies

regards
dr santhosh
