Problem In Knee Joint, Suffering With Osteoarthritis, Metatarsalgia, Tests Should High SGPT, Alkaline Phosphate. What Treatment Should Be Taken?

I have problem in both knee joint since 5 years & suggering with oestoarth. Since 1 month I am suffering from metatarsalgia. When no relief from metatarsalgia .investigation were done. On investigation my SGPT was high i.e 57 when SGOT is 29 but when I found my alkaline phosphate (ALP) 118 U/L . Now plz suggest what should I do after this report found abnormal regarding liver & heart while still I have no problem . Rh. Arth.factor is negative.Vitamin D,25 Hydroxy, serum is 64.80
