Prescribed Janumet, Glimepiride, Inovkana. Racing Heart, Profuse Sweating. Sign Of Hypoglycemia?

So,my A1c was high =8.9 then my doctor changed my Janumet 50/500 2x /day & glimepiride 1mg 1x/day & changed/ prescribed to 3 medications But, when i take Invokana with breakfast , glumetza 1000 mg during lunch& onglyza at dinner time
At ocassional times I feel my heart racing & sweating profusely especially after 2 hours taking onglyza
Is this a sign of hypoglycemia?

Hi and welcome!
From what you are saying it seems like typical hypoglycemia signs. I recommend to you to measure the glicemia (fast test are avaible for home users) and if the hypoglycemia is founded you should discus with your doctor to ad gust the medication dosses.
