Sir, My wife 28 yrs old, have bleeding while three and half month pregnancy and leaked whole fluid, we consult doctor and said it will expel automatically but now one month we wait for that yet nothing happened. now she is suffering more pain as same as delivery time for a week, baby have a little growth and heart beat, we are in Saudi Arabia here doctors will not do D&C while baby have heart beat. we need expel the baby, i have fear about my wife... Please suggest a solution as soon as possible..

IF your wife has leaked and is bleeding, then chances of spontaneous expulsion of the fetus are high.
If it has not occurred already, please go for a termination , as the fetus maybe malformed.
