Hello,
In early pregnancy the amount of bleeding after an abortion would usually be equal to normal menstrual blood loss and the passage of the products of conception would be difficult to notice. As you have followed your doctor's instructions and consumed the prescribed dose, you should wait and contact your consultant as soon as you can. I think you may have taken insufficient dosage and this is the reason for the light bleeding and no pain. Hope you find this information helpful. Take care.
