Pregnant, Nausea, Vomiting. Taking Medication For Hypothyroidism. Is It Safe To Take Navidoxne?

hi i am 29 yrs. old and i pregnant going to 3 months, i've been having nausea time to time im always vomiting.. and i have a friend that she was experienced this sickness before when she pregnant, and she recommend me to take navidoxne..my question is it safe for my baby if i take this..and also, i taking synthroid levothyroxine 125mcg because i have hypothyroidsm is it safe if i take both tablets or..theres no side effect betwen me & my baby...thank you ver much.

This medication contains two active ingredients that are commonly used individually and considered completely safe during pregnancy. Also, thyroid medication is considered safe to take during pregnancy as well. As far as thyroid disease goes, untreated thyroid disease has potential for harm to the developing fetus.
