Hello,
If you have been assessed completely by your orthopedic, you may need to take the pain killer as advised whenever necessary. Groin pain can have several reasons like hormonal changes, structural changes, round ligament pain and symphysis pubis dysfunction. You may manage the pain by maintaining the correct posture, exercise, support to the pelvic region, and taking certain precautions while working- like sitting down whenever possible, avoiding lifting weights and so on. It subsides in course of time as the tissues slowly regain their near normal shape and size. Please consult your doctor for further suggestions. Good luck.
