What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain, Constipation And Loss Of Appetite?

i have had severe abdominal pain last 4 weeks, upper rt side down and across pubic symphysis to the left,

no bleeding, major pain, crave sweets, major pain also after eating, have loss of appetite, no normal bowel movements last 7 days..my craving of sweeets is very unusual.

Thank for asking,
Looking to the history given here it seems to be the colicky pain it may be renal colic that may be due to stone or infection, it may be biliary colic, it may be intestinal colic, abdomen cavity contains so many organs and that may be affected with some pathology or tissue injuries and all that needed investigations, besides that the pain could be due to some functional elements, if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with following medicines
1) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days
2) Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen three times in day
3) Tab Chlordizepoxide three times in day
I would continued this till the final diagnosis comes
