I am 37 wk ,first time pregnant.
All look well up to last visit.
My doctor said that baby head is not fix.
There is high chance of doing caesarian section.
and there is low chance of getting fix.
Baby position is well.
There is single loose umbilical cord around neck.
kindly advise me.

if there is a loose umblical cord around neck it may hinder baby's head to get fixed. that's might be your doctor says high chances of caesarian. i think you should go with your doctor's advice and do not take any risks.
