Question: Yesterday after a 30 minutes brisk walk I felt mild pain in my left hand and a burning sensation on my upper chest. I met a doctor nearby cloning and he advised for ECG which shows boarder line ECG and asked me to meet cardiologist, immediately I rushed to another hospital and repeated ECG and Echo also done and both came normal. I am totally confused now. Please advise me doctor.

Brief Answer:
the pain was not due to cardiac issue

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Pain in chest region could be cardiac or non cardiac reasons too.
ECG is not a confirmatory test for any cardiac problems.
As you have underwent ECHO and also cardiologist consultation and everything looks normal then there is nothing to be worried about.
You have not mentioned you age or sex in question. Also whether you are diabetic or hypertensive and on any medications. If you could give me some more information it will be helpful.
As you had pain after brisk walk, it could be angina pectoris which also arises from heart but it gets better with resting or stopping the activity.
For now I would advice you to not to worry about it and continue with your usual activities.
If you again have any such kind of pain or similar complaints you directly consult your cardiologist as further investigation and workup might be required.
Hope this advice helps you. Reply with above asked query about more data.
If you have any other query feel free to ask me back.
Thank you
