Hi and welcome to HCM

It can occur when the blood supply that flows to the nerves of the affected part of the body is temporarily blocked due to a pressure that applied to that area. This condition can affect the way of the nerve’s mechanism in sending the signals to the brain. As a result, you will experience pins and needles.

Something simple, like a medication reaction can cause paresthesia. Paresthesias can be due to vitamin deficiencies, supplement overdoses, metabolic disturbances or neurological conditions.

I would recommend a neurological evaluation.

Hope this will helps you. Take care.
