Penis Size Has Reduced After Masturbating Regularly. Is The Damage Recoverable?
I have been masturbating regularly for 4-5yrs. My penis size used to be around 6.5 - 7 inches. But now it hardly manages to to b 5 inches when erect and even the girth is less. I am trying to reduce my masturbation habit. Is the damage recoverable. I am 24 yrs.

Masturbution is very much normal event and this will not lead to any problems like reduction in size of penis. Hence no need to worry about this.

Hi and welcome to HCM. Masturbation does not reduce the penis size. The penis grows through Puberty up until around 20-years-old. The size you have is mainly down to the genes you inherited from parents and grandparents. The penis extends temporarily during erection and then returns to it's flaccid state. In general, there is no known health problem caused by regular masturbation. Masturbation has absolutely no long term effect on penis size. Masturbation is just stimulating your sexual organs. It will not affect your penis size. It may seem that way but it regains its normal posture/size after a while. If you are still not convinced then please consult a local doctor who can examine you and give his opinion on this. Dont be over conscious on this and divert your attention on productive things. Avoid watching porn and dont be lonely, try developing some new hobby, Listen music, Play some outdoor games.
