Parts Of The Face And Some Fingers Are Numb. Been Diagnosed With Gerd And Also Had A EKG
So I have been diagnosed with gerd and also had a EKG. My EKG was fine. I ate fast food today and my left side if my chest hurts by my heart. I have been experiencing for years on and off. It coul last for weeks . The thing that bothers me is it feels like part of my face and some of my fingers go numb. I have read that gerd does that. Is this true?
Hi, Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic. Left side of chest hurt after eating fast food mostly due to gastritis. But what is your age? Cardiac examination and evaluation to be done to rule out heart problems. I suggest you to consult a physician for cardiac evaluation and basic investigation like EEG. Gastritis will respond to proton pump inhibitors such as omeprazole orally. Hope I have answered your query. Regards.
