Painful, Large External Hemorrhoids With Little Bleeding, Scab On Outside. On Hemorrhoidal Cream, Suppositories Etc. Normal?

Do external hemorrhoids get scabs? I've had an external hemorrhoid since Wednesday and it's painful and pretty large. It's only spotted a little bit of blood today but never before. It feels somewhat soft but also like it has a scab or getting rough on the outside. Is that normal? I'm using hemorrhoidal cream, suppositories, witch hazel pads and Epsom salt baths to relieve so far.

Hi,

Based on the information you do have hemorrhoid which are external and wanted to know if it can bulge out and become painful.

The answer to your question is "YES" its normal to occur, and the home treatment you are doing like using hemorrhoidal cream, suppositories, witch hazel pads and Epsom salt baths is perfect method to deal with it.


In case of feel too weak/ dizzy , please have some lemonade/coke it probably due to blood loss. In case of unbearable weakness please take help from medical assistance.
