Pain On Tip While Urinating, Noticed Discharge. Urine, STD Test All Normal. What Could It Be?

Hello, some time ago i noticed some pain at the tip when am about to urinate and i thought i noticed a discharge from my penis and promptly went to see a doctor, he claimed not to notice anything but did a urine test to see if i had a bladder infection or something, test was inconclusive as the change in colour was not particularly noticeable, gave me some antibiotics and referred me to an STD clinic, had a test and it was all negative but i never shook that feeling that something was off.... been very careful with sex ever since but now am thinking i noticed a discharge again. atimes i feel like am dripping from the end of my penis but theres usually nothing and when i squeeze, sometimes some colorless liquid like precum. Dont know what tro do, what if i go again and they still dont find anything or does this sound like something youve come across?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
You attend the STD clinic when you have the discharge. They will do some test from the discharge and also sent the same for culture and sensitivity test. Urine also has to be examined for the presence of pus cells. If the there is more than 5 pus cells the it must be subjected to culture and sensitive test for both STD and non specific organisms. Thereby you can be arrived at a diagnosis. According to the outcome of the test result treatment has to be planned. You will be alright soon.
