Pain In The Lower Back. Broken Capillaries Present. Should I Be Worried?

I was in the marines, infantry, for a little over 4 years. when i left i had slight pain in my very low back/left hip area but they said nothing was wrong. It has now been 4 years and out of nowhere this pain has shot through the roof. it also looks like some capillaries have broken in the same area, i don t know it it s related.

Spine Surgeon 's  Response
There are many structures which can be a cause of pain in Lt lower back, / hip area. It can arise from spine, nerves, muscles, SI joint (a joint in back of pelvis), hip joint, etc. You need to see an Orthopedic surgeon, who may need to do some tests including imaging studies according to the examination.
