Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi,

Hi ! It could just be a muscle spasm which got relieved of its own. I would suggest you to go to your family physician/cardiologist/nearby emergency room of a hospital to get reviewed clinically with some basic investigations for not missing out any other pathology related to your cardio-vascular system which can not be confirmed with our discussion.

Wishing you good luck.

General & Family Physician Dr. Ramesh M.Vachharajani's  Response
Hi,
From symptoms any cardiac cause should be ruled out.
Go for EKG.
If you are elderly then there might be having some degenerative cahnges in your cervical region giving rise this problem as well.
Ok and take care.
