Pain In Testicle Due To Cyst. On And Off Pain After Passing Urine Following Ejaculation With Weird Feeling Of Passing Sperms. Suggest

I've had pain in my testicle for a while now and had it checked which turned out to be a cyst which a doctor told me. However recently mainly after ejaculating I have suffered pain whilst weeing which is a weird feeling and I seem to pass a lot of sperm. This doesn't seem to happen all the time but only on odd chances. Cud you help me?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

The cyst in your testis might be cause of pain. It is an epididymal cyst most likely. Treatment is not usually necessary and explanation and advice is all that is usually required. Patients should be advised to seek medical advice if epididymal cysts become painful or suddenly start increasing in size.

In your case, there is pain only on vigorous movements as during masturbation. This is because the scrotum and testis are very sensitive structures. Please do not worry for it.

Your passage of lot of sperm is not related to the cyst.
