Pain From IBS, No Bowel Movements, Lower Abdominal Cramps. What To Take?

I have severe pain from IBS No BM for 5 days following anrecent episode where I used a laxative & set up a world of hurt lower abdomen craamping so unbearaBLE nOW WHAT TOTAKE TO GET MY BOWELS moving again. Appetite very poor have not attemped any ruffage or fiber. send to YYYY@YYYY . Thankyou for your time.

Hi, it appears that you are making experiments with the disease. always follow the advise of your doctor.
I in such situation prescribe amicacin injection 500mg, once daily for 5 days, ofloxacin, ranitidine , and domperidone for 5 days, if pain is unbearable give injection of dicyclomine hydrochloride, stat. thank you.
