Pain During Sex, Slow Healing. Can Neosporin Be Applied?

Hi, long story short, I was having rough sex , my girlfriend wasn't wet yet but I forced my way in anyway, then after a five minuets I felt a pain, I went to look, to me it felt like rug burn or a paper cut, and it seems like I was so hard I tore my own skin , im not sure if thats possible , ive burned my self before and I swear that what it looks like, like i tore some skin off, its been 2 days now ,it only hurt that night but its healing slow and im paranoid its not gonna heal , the mark(burn) is half an inch under the head, I just dont know if I can put nesporin or anything like that on there, pleas help.

HI and thanks for this query.
Sorry to hear about what happened. Next time you may want to take more precautions to save yourself from similar injuries.

From your description, this is a bruise probably caused by increased frictional force as your partner wasn't yet wet. The best thing to do is to keep it clean, dry and airy. This will generally relief you and accelerate the healing process. If the pains are much, you may add some pain medications.

Neosporin wouldn't hurt though not much needed now unless it gets infected. The choice for now is yours unless some other thing comes up for me to strongly consider this.

Did you protect yourself? If yes, congrats and if No, please consider doing so for infection and unwanted pregnancy protection.

Hope you find this helpful' Feel free to return to us with more questions if need be.
I wish you a speedy recovery.
