Neurologist 's  Response
Thanks for posting this question in HCM
Let me tell you that a given medical problem can be due to various causes and the aim of the treating physician is to establish the cause. For example, headache can be due to brain infection, tumor, problem in the blood vessels of the brain, migraine. Some times the patient may have other problem which they referred as pain too.
Back to you. I noted your problem. I feel that you could have migraine but you have to clearly understand that migraine is a diagnosis of exclusion.
The best thing that should be done in your case is to get examined by a neurologist which will uncover the exact problem. The basic clinical assessment by the neurologist will guide us further regarding the need of a brain and/or spine MRI to rule out any secondary causes which can have similar presentation. If the san and clinical evaluation by the neurologist are normal you would benefit with aniti migraine management and relaxation and avoid stress
Hope this clarifes
