Pain After Urination, Pressure On Lower Abdomen, Bleeding. What Is It?
today i started having pain after i pee i went pee and right when i finish it get intense presure in my lower abdomin and in that area when i wipe there is some pink blood how ever i only have blood when i wipe i have put on a pad and there is nothing on it i have never had any of thesse symptoms before so im not sure what it is

Well come to HCM
Chances of menses may be likely, if you are female, the pain be of dysmenorrhea
you have to wait for couple of days and watch for the regular flow,( if such pain occurs on and often then this could be irregular menses) meanwhile pain will be subsided, if this does not then this can be managed with "Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg three times in day, this is noting to worry every thing would be fine soon, take care.
