One Year Ago A Quarter Size Rash Suddenly Appeared Between

One year ago a quarter size rash suddenly appeared between my shoulder blades. I went to a dermatologist and they took a biopsy. The said I was allergic to something and gave me some clobetasol propionate ointment which was worthless. I took diltiazem for high blood pressure which was prescribed when my blood pressure was 130-140/70-80 and was told I was borderline. That was eight years ago at least. The rash is now all over the top of my shoulders, under my neck and down my back. I quit taking medication over a period of three days and the rash along with a bad cough got better. I read that the liver will deposit stuff into the lungs, skin and fat when it it having difficulties. I had the blood pressure medication changed to Metoprolol a week ago and things have just gotten worse. I can't seem to find a doctor that gives a damn.
