On the 23rd My 12 year son has acute streptococcal pharyngitis the antibiotics given to him azithromycin 200 mg/5 ml susp, not working for him three days later took him to the ER. Symptoms mild headache fever (allergies Penicillin). New antibiotics cephalexin 250 MG/ ML SUSP. Know going the sixth day with 100/102 fever, he says he feels ok but fever still there. What am I supposed to do? At this point..
