On Medication For Hypothyroid. Considering Ultrasound Liposuction. Possible Damage?

Hello, I am 29 years old, and considering ultrasound liposuction (cavitation). I am also hypothyroid and taking my medication daily. I've read that my condition is mentioned as one of contarindications for cavitation procedure. Can it really be true and if yes, how exactly can this damage occur?
Thank you for your time.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If your thyroid levels are normal with your medication, you can undergo the procedure.
It is not recommended in persons whose levels are still low because it slows the rate of healing and also because of the impact on general health and well being.

IF you are currently within normal range, you would be a candidate for the procedure.

I hope this helps
