On Infertility Treatment, Have Missed A Dose Of Duphaston. What Should Be Done?
Hi Dr,hw r u ? I hope everthing is going well..am taking infertility treatment.nw my Dr. advised to take Tab.Duphastone 2time a day.i started frm 31st nov.bt i missed today s dose. what wil do?can i take in the eveng around 7.30pm and the night dose 11.30pm .is it ok? or any problm?pls give advice.can i knw what is action of this Tab.?what is the meaning of ovulation completed .thanks and regards, renju
hi welcome to hcm.see if u missed ur first dose then not too soon repeated take your eve dose then make sure not forget further dose.see duphastone is progesterone pills which help in preparation of uterus for nidation and maintenance of pregnancy.in infertility which having luteal phase defect help in secreation of progesterone .ovulation which is most fertile periods mostly occurs at 10th to 19th day from your periods .ovulation completed means ur fertile time pass off.
