thank you for writing to HCM

you can continue the Duphastan as suggested by your doctor
It should not be an issue
Today's dose can be at 7 and 11 as you have mentioned

It is usually given as a progesterone support medicine when you are trying to get pregnant

Ovulation completed - may suggest that the egg has been released from the follicle on ultrasound, or by monitoring using the LH strips

all the best

hi welcome to hcm.see if u missed ur first dose then not too soon repeated take your eve dose then make sure not forget further dose.see duphastone is progesterone pills which help in preparation of uterus for nidation and maintenance of infertility which having luteal phase defect help in secreation of progesterone .ovulation which is most fertile periods mostly occurs at 10th to 19th day from your periods .ovulation completed means ur fertile time pass off.
