Obesity, Hair Loss, Tiredness, Fear Sensations And Physical Weakness, Taking Cap, No Relief. Permanent Treatment?

I am a 24 years old male with Obesity , Hair Loss, tiredness, fear sensations and physical weakness . I am a vitamin d deficient. I started treating my vitamin d deficiency about two months and three weeks ago taking a whole bottle of Vitamin D3 drops every week. 6 years ago I was taking Roaccutane for Acne vulgaris for about 5 months. A year and 4 months ago I quit taking Seroxat which I was taking for about 8 months supposedly for a pain caused by depression (upper stomach pain and headaches.. mostly back headaches) which turned out to be an esophagus problem (ulcer or sore). I was weighing less than 60 kgs before taking Roaccutane. I was not being able to gain more weight but after taking Roaccutane I weighed about 75 kgs where my esophagus problems started appearing with the stomach pain and headaches which lead me after about 4-5 years mistakenly under a supervision of a doctor to take Seroxat as a treatment for that where I lost most of my hair and my weight dramatically goes up to 104 kgs and until today with everything I m able to do (physical exercises and eating only vegetarian) I am not being able to get it down a kilo!! it was going up but doesn t go down! For stomach problems I m taking Nexium 40 for two months and 3 weeks now..it s working fine. My thyroid test is fine But what s wrong with my hair and weight ?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
You have stated each and every thing in detail and missed the important one you have not stated your age and gender which are very important here, most of the patient does not say any thing about it, it is ridiculous,, age and gender is very very important if you are looking for medical advise, please write your age and gender next time = bye

Psychologist Dr. K. V. Anand's  Response
Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your problem description. I sincerely suggest that you do not worry too much. The history you gave is definitely exhaustive. But let me assure you that none of the given medications might have the side effects as you are suggesting.

You told that you are doing everything to reduce the weight. I sincerely doubt that. Because, everything is never everything. I am not blaming you. That always happens.

Anxiety is another cause of the obesity and loss of hair. They are heavily associated. You should have been treated for anxiety from the beginning itself. I suggest you to find a psychologist and get advice before going to a psychiatrist again. I shall treat you online through healthcaremagic if you desire so.

Hope you are satisfied with the answer. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
