Noticed Bumps On Inner Thighs Which Are Purple In Colour

I have swollen bumps on my inner thighs they are purplish in color and they sometimes get inflamed and sometimes seem like they are going down. When I walk they get painful and if the pop they ooze a thick yellowish brownish color until the start to bleed. I have been getting these for 7 years I'm worried.

A swelling on the inner side of the thigh with signs of inflammation are signs of fungal infection which is also called as jock itch.
whenever there is a favorable environment for the growth of fungus in this area, the normally existing fungus will get activated and produces the symptoms of the fungal infection.
Most common cause for these symptoms will be
1.Improper hygiene and cleaning
2.Friction
3.Pressure
4.UTI
5.Wet environment
