Not Sleeping At Night, Talking Abnormally, Forgetfulness. Heart Patient. Any Ideas?

Hi my name is kavita, I want to discuss my father in law health problem, he is 80 yrs old and from past 2 months he has started doing some abnormal activities like not sleeping in night, running here and there, talking abnormally, forgetfulness, etc ... He is a heart patient and already had an attack 3 times , last time he had in nov 2008 and since then he is on continuously medication under doctors supervision.

Hi,
At this age there might be having problems of cerebro bacillar insufficiency and cerebral atrophy resulting in forgetfulness, behavioral changes, less sleep etc.
There are all chances of having Alzaimer's disease.
Consult Neurophysician and get examined.
Ok and take care.
