Normal For Broken Titanium Plate In Toes After Fall?
July 19 I had by my two toes fused with titanium plates right foot left foot - i had one screw taken out of my left foot - in February I fell down the stairs - it hurt but workable - had a x -ray today and saw the doctor and the titanium plate in my left foot broken - is it normal for this to happen in other patients - i am not mad at the doctor but if the titanium plate is faulty can i sue the company that made it

It's very difficult to say anything without having physical examination and x-ray. But my suggestion would be if the purpose of plate is over(bone union), get the broken plate removed and move on.
