Night fall due to bad dreams, masturbation addiction, premature ejaculation. Treatment?

Hi, I have been having night fall due to bad dreams 3-4 times in 15 days. I had been doing masturbation seeing porn movies since 14 years. Now, I am 24 years old. I feel very weak when I do intercourse with my wife & the semen also gets discharged very quickly within a minutes. Please tell if there is any serious problem
