Negative Pregnancy Test. Early Period. Nausea, Tiredness, Headache, Lower Back Pain. Testing Early?

Hi my name is Marti, I'm thinking i might be pregnant but test shows negative... My period came like 8 days early and for the last few days I've been feeling horrible, tired all the time but can't sleep at night, feeling sick to my stomache just about all day and night, slight headache , kinda cramping and lower back ache not bad jus lingering.. Am i testing to early?? Again my period was early and not the normal flow just for a day in half

Thanks for the query.

These type of symptoms can also be seen due to hormonal imbalance, so just by them we cannot come to one conclusion.
If the symptoms persist after completing your periods also, and if you crossed your actual date of periods go for pregnancy test.
Usually urine pregnancy test kits can give accurate results one week after expected day of periods.
So for accurate results you can choose blood test for pregnancy.
If the test comes negative the possibility of the pregnancy is less.
